Our position
We use artificial intelligence (AI) only where it makes the work better: more thorough, more accurate or faster for you. It is a tool our team uses, not a replacement for judgement.
Every recommendation we make comes from people. Our team brings hundreds of years of combined experience building, selling and marketing software and financial products in the real world, and that experience is what you are paying for.
Where AI helps
We use AI for work where volume gets in the way of insight, for example:
Research. Summarizing and searching call transcripts, win-loss interviews, reviews and market research, so we can read more of what your buyers actually say.
Analysis. Cleaning, matching and organizing CRM, product and campaign data before we analyze it.
Drafting. Producing first drafts of documents and test variations of copy, which we then rewrite and check.
Where it doesn't
AI does not choose your segments, set your prices, decide what to fund or write your plan. Those decisions are made by experienced people who are accountable for them. We do not hand you AI output as finished work, and we do not use AI to make automated decisions about you or your customers.
Human review
Anything produced with the help of AI is always reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it reaches you. Figures are checked against the source data and claims are checked against evidence. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out.
Your data
Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. We only use AI tools on client data where the engagement needs it, and only business tools whose terms keep your data confidential and exclude it from model training.
How we handle personal information on this website is covered in our privacy policy.
Changes to this page
AI tools change quickly. We review the tools we use regularly and will update this page when our practices change.
